2. You submit a referral through our private partner-only form.

3. We inspect the vehicle, diagnose the issue, and determine the best path forward.

4. We repair the vehicle at no cost—or replace it if repairs aren’t financially practical.

5. Your church is kept informed throughout the entire process.

What We Ask From Our Partner Churches

Our partnership is designed to stay simple, fair, and sustainable so we can continue helping families year-round. We ask our partner churches to:

• Identify individuals or families who genuinely need assistance.

• Provide honest information about their situation when submitting referrals.

• Support the family with encouragement and follow-up as needed.

• Celebrate the outcome with them when their vehicle is repaired or replaced.

• Help sustain the ministry through ongoing support — either by

  • making regular contributions from the church’s benevolence/outreach budget, or

  • regularly encouraging the congregation to donate towards our vehicle repair fund.

This financial partnership is what allows us to keep saying “yes” when families are facing major transportation crises. Without consistent support from our partner churches, we cannot continue providing repairs or replacements at no cost.
